The Mobius III has landed, showing great strides made by the Kenyan automaker.
Apart from carrying the Mobius mantra of traversing the variable road terrains of Africa, the new generation auto now incorporates several other additions that make it good for everyday city driving.

The 4×4 SUV sits five occupants, and it is able to handle the roads we have in Kenya and Africa reliably,” said Commercial Director Michael Gichuru.
He reiterated that the automaker ensures that every vehicle that leaves their production line is top-notch, meant to squash the myth that buying local means compromised quality.
Mobius III is a four-wheel-drive vehicle that comes with a 2000cc engine and is offered in both petrol and diesel variants, as well as manual and automatic transmission.
“The car has enough power to take you where you need to go, traverse the rough terrains of Kenya, and get back home safely and comfortably,” he continued.
Retailing at a cost of KSh 3.9 million excluding VAT, Mobius looks at cashing in on the fact that the vehicle sells at an almost similar price as an eight-year-old import from abroad.

The vehicle is widely known for its versatile design and off-road abilities and continues to grow from generation I and II.
Mobius I and II were mostly used for medical care services, public transportation, and extensive delivery of goods in various parts of Africa.
The design of the Mobius II, however, shows that the firm is keen on tapping into the SUV market where owners can comfortably use it as an executive vehicle.
