– He has undergone surgery to re-shape them

A man from Kibigori, a small town in Kisumu County, has successfully undergone surgery to reduce the size of his testicles.

Sorence Owiti Opiyo’s testicles had swollen to 10 times their normal size, prompting some to refer to them as the world’s biggest testicles.

His condition has left doctors baffled. In an interview, he said it first emerged as a cyst when he was 10 years old.

Over time, the growth became so large that Sorence was unable to walk properly or wear normal clothes. He also dropped out of school and was forced to live as a recluse because of the teasing he faced.

In an interview, Sorence said: “This thing started very small, like a boil. Then it was the size of my fist. It just continued to grow bigger and bigger.”

A kind-hearted neighbor shared pictures of Sorence’s growth on Facebook and sent out an appeal for well-wishers to help him get surgery.

His surgeons now believe he would be able to live normally and have children at some point in the future.
