– Sean Donis tracked his wife through the “Find My iPhone” app
– He then went to the location and caught her cheating with another man
– He filmed the moment but has now been found guilty of unlawful surveillance
A 37-year-old man in New York who caught his wife cheating with her boss and filmed the moment has been found guilty of unlawful surveillance.
Sean Donis was babysitting his and his wife Nancy’s son at home in April last year after she told him she was having dinner out with friends.
However, he suspected that she was cheating. He later told a news outlet that he used the “Find My iPhone” app to get her location.
Sean then drove to the location, which turned out to be Nancy’s boss’s house. He got into the house through an unlocked front door and found her in bed with her boss, Albert Lopez.
He reportedly took two videos of the moment he confronted the two. Nancy later filed for divorce, which was finalized earlier this year.
