Man gets into Guinness World Records after weaving 3,500 toothpicks into his beard ▷

A man from United States of America has broken the Guinness World Record for weaving 3,500 toothpicks in his beard.

Joel Strasser shocked the world by using a total of three hours and thirteen minutes to successfully put all 3,500 toothpicks in his beard earning a place in the 2020 Guinness World Book.

According to the world record reference book publisher, Strasser weaved the toothpicks on July ,7 2018 thus attaining the record.

”It’s a sharp look! Joel Strasser (USA) weaved an astonishing 3,500 toothpicks into his beard, earning himself a place in our 2020 edition,” read the publisher’s Facebook post

Through a social media post, Joel said attaining the world record was the ultimate accomplishment of his childhood dreams.

“I decided to have beards not because I am lazy but because women want me and men want to be like me,” said Strasser.

In another record, a woman from Arizona in the United States astonished the judges and earned a special place in the Guinness World Book of Records after consuming more than three jars of mayonnaise in just three minutes.

In Kenya, on Sunday, August 18, Maliha Mohammed, a Mombasa-born chef completed the longest non-stop cooking competition at Kenya Bay Beach Hotel in Mombasa by cooking continuously for 75 hours attaining the Guinness world record.
