Earlier this week, we reported that Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke filed a defamation lawsuit against a woman who is accusing him of sexual assault. The alleged crime was supposed to have taken place June 3 in Murray, Utah, after one of Falling In Reverse’s shows. It was originally reported that the alleged victim, a woman named Kacee Boswell, was sexual assaulted by several different people that night, but in a new interview with Alternative Press she says she was only assaulted by Radke. While Boswell has made prior comments on her public Facebook page and to the New York Daily News, she sat down for her first extensive interview with the Alternative Press yesterday.

In the interview, she says she's only accusing Radke of sexually assault, contradicting previous reports that said she was “gang raped.” When asked by Alternative Press if she was sexually assaulted by multiple people, she stated, “I didn't say that. I don't want to get into explicit detail about what happened with Ronnie and I. My lawyers have told me not to. I've been completely barraged by text messages and phone calls saying I should kill myself, saying that I’m too ugly to be raped. I've been accused of extorting him for money and all sorts of things. My statement to those people is: 'Wait until the rape kit comes back' and the police report gets sorted out with the witness.”
She goes on to say why she thinks she may have been misquoted, “I think a comment that I left on my Facebook got misconstrued. I can't remember exactly what it was… I said something along the lines of, 'his bodyguard too'
From her interview, here is what she says happened the night of June 3. Boswell is alleging that she was sexually assaulted by Radke on a tour bus, while his bodyguard was on the same bus. Then she, the bodyguard and Radke took an Uber car together with the purpose of going to a bar. Somewhere en route, Radke and the bodyguard dropped the accuser off at a street corner and started to leave. She states that someone witnessed her being dropped off and Radke and his bodyguard circled back to talk with the witness.
Ronnie and Boswell have both stated that they have had a previous relationship. When asked by Alternative Press what happened on the night of June 3, she responded, “Ronnie actually told the witness that he had never met me before in his life. The witness saw Ronnie leave me on the side of the road and came over to me. Then Ronnie and
Alternative Press tracked down the witness and in a text messaged statement, the man told the outlet what he saw. He wrote that he saw, “three gentlemen leaving her on the side of the road, extremely disoriented and intoxicated.” The witness added, “I did believe Ronnie’s story and allowed them to leave the scene before the police arrived.”
Boswell has said she is not out for any financial gain by making her accusations. When asked if her goal was to press criminal charges, Boswell said she would like to when more evidence comes back and that she also intends to press charges against the cyberbullies who have been contacting her since her accusation. “Well, absolutely, when there's more evidence
